A somerville home needed a permanent solution to water infiltrating their basement. The lot along the side of the house was very narrow and close to the neighbor’s driveway, which meant that simply sloping the surface away from the foundation was not a feasible solution.

Instead we sank a french drain along the length of the house. This pipe would collect water to channel it away from the house and towards the front lawn. The french drain pipe is completely buried, and out of sight.
