This garage in Wayland had continuous water infiltration due to a driveway that sloped toward the garage. A drain channel placed just in front of the garage which allows the water to be carried away to a drain basin.  The basin takes the water through a pipe underground, and empties into a dry well in the backyard. The dry well allows the water to infiltrate deep into the ground, away from the house.
