An aging deck was in need of repair and redecking. The homeowner wanted cedar as it would naturally age to a silver color in time. One rear deck and a two-level front deck were completely stripped. Some repairs were needed to the structure, but nothing extensive. New decking and two new sets of stairs were built, along with installation of steel hand rails.
