This Cambridge home had been overrun by creeping perennial Morning Glories, 2′ tall weeds, and the hedges covered the view of the house from the street. After a full day of labor, a picturesque home appeared.
Cutting the front hedge revealed a very healthy Hydrangea behind it. An invasive ivy had twisted its way around the Forsythia, and spread across the surface of the soil. After cleanup and pruning, this yard’s shrubs are able to grow unimpeded. The Privet hedge was also pruned, and neatened.
